May 2026 Content

For the month of May in our Good Grief Support Group we focused on the topic “Speaking of Grief”. Sometimes the greatest ministry is not in finding words, but in offering presence. Grieving people often do not need explanations; they need companions. Sometimes just being there is enough.

In Job 2:11-13, Job’s friends were at their best when they sat with him in silence. Grieving people need a safe presence, a listening ear, permission to hurt, and someone who will sit in the silence.

Presence says, your pain does not scare me. Sometimes ministry looks like saying nothing and staying anyway.

Love y’all,

Mona
